Hi I'm Babz, Founder of Lymph Flow Yoga™
Lymph Flow Yoga™  is a mindful movement practice with a focus on improving lymphatic health through guided self-manual lymph drainage (MLD), emphasis on breath work, awareness of the lymph pathways, and the use of muscle pumps to assist lymphatic drainage to create balance in your life and lymph. 

 

What stands it a part from a typical yoga class?

Lymph Flow Yoga™ has a four component structure to each practice. ​

1. Deep breathing (diaphragmatic breathing) 

2. Self Manual Lymph Drainage (self MLD)

3. Muscle Pump Activation (asana - yoga poses)

4. Mindfulness (feel to heal)

This specific type of yoga offers a holistic approach to lymphatic health, which in turn supports digestive, immune, and mental well-being. It's an inclusive practice designed for everyone, making it an essential self-care routine, especially for those in the lymphedema, cancer, and lymphatic disorder communities.
