Hi, I'm Babz! ​​​I started our Lymph Flow Yoga™ membership as a way to bring my weekly students together, and create a virtual space that we can come together as a community focused on improving lymphatic health and finding balance in our lives.

Is this community for you?

Lymph Flow Yoga was first created for my mom and my patients with lymphedema to support them virtually during the pandemic. ​ At home Lymph Flow Yoga became a tool I could offer that could encourage self-discovered healing, and improved lymph flow at home.
Our community is welcome to individuals with cancer, lymphedema, lipedema, lymphatic disorders, and really anyone who is curious to learn and engage in Lymph Flow Yoga, and learn the individual benefits that they'll receive!

Balance With Babz Scholarship Program
​
I believe that this practice should be accessible, affordable, and adapted to all, so that everyone can receive the benefits. My scholarship program offers reduced price memberships to those in need. The scholarship is funded through my donation-based summer yoga series in the North End in Boston.

Weekly Zoom Live Class And Recordings
Weekly Lymph Flow Yoga Class with recordings. Each month there is a different theme/topic. Chair and floor modifications. Class is held on Thursday at 10:00am EST. Recording is available.
Monthly Newsletter & Virtual Portal
You will receive a comprehensive monthly Balance blurb with a Lymph Flow Yoga class outline, updates on programs/events and wellness. You will have access to a online portal that hosts an abundant "Lymph Library" with over 600 videos categorized for you.
Community, friendship, guidance and support.
Join a optional community contact list. This is where you can connect with Babz and our community for further support, and any questions you may have! There is also a private Facebook group for community interaction.
